Nevis installs housing enclosure for state-of-the-art CT Scan machine at Alexandra Hospital

Premier Brantley remarked that the Nevis Island administration had taken another step toward the accomplishment of their commitment to the people. For the betterment of the healthcare facilities on the island, the government is investing highly in the sector.

Nevis: Premier of Nevis and the leader of the Concerned Citizens Movement- Mark Brantley, announced the installment of the housing enclosure for the brand new state-of-the-art CT Scan machine at the Alexandra Hospital. 

Premier Brantley remarked that the Nevis Island administration had taken another step toward the accomplishment of their commitment to the people. For the betterment of the healthcare facilities on the island, the government is investing highly in the sector. 

Through his social media, Brantley expressed pleasure in the installment of the step and noted, “Something good is happening in Nevis.” 

He further assured the people that the launch of the new facility in the Alexandra Hospital would turn into a massive success for the efforts to advance the diagnostic capabilities in the hospital

Premier Mark Brantley announced, “As the Nevis Island Government continues to deliver on its mandate for better healthcare for the people of Nevis, we are now installing the housing enclosure for our brand new state-of-the-art CT Scan machine at the Alexandra Hospital.” 

The addition of this piece of equipment will be a first for Nevis and will take the diagnostic capabilities of the hospital to the next level. He remarked that it would ensure that the patients and medical staff will get every possible medical facility, such as first-class diagnostics. 

He added,” It will ensure that our patients and medical staff have access to first-class diagnostics.

Further, he also invited people from all across St Kitts as well to come over and have the accessibility to the facility once it is completed. He wrote, “Once installed, we welcome our brothers and sisters from St Kitts to come over and use the facility as well.” 

Premier Mark Brantley also outlined his meeting with the team to finalize the gratuity and pension scheme for Non-Established Workers in Nevis. The scheme will be rolled out on September 1, 2022, as stated by the Leader of CCM. 

“We are on track to roll this out on September 1, 2022, as promised,” he added.
