Nevis: The Nevis Island Administration executed agreements and paid a deposit on the critical acquisition of some 9.19 acres of land at Oualie. Premier of Nevis and the leader of the Concerned Citizens Movement- Mark Brantley, shared the update and called it a giant step.
He took to Facebook and cited, “Today we took a giant step as we executed agreements and paid a deposit on the critical acquisition of some 9.19 acres of land at Oualie.”
Premier Mark Brantley announced that the agreement will allow the NIA to provide an urgent solution to parking issues at the water taxi pier. He also extended greetings to the legal Advisor and her team.
He also extended gratitude to Alexis Jeffers and Eric Evelyn for finalizing this transaction and the major negotiations. Premier Mark Brantley cited, “Huge congratulations to our Legal Advisor and her team for seeing this though. Respect to Eric Evelyn for finalizing this transaction.”
Mark Brantley also thanked Alexis Jeffers, who had concluded the major negotiations whilst the Minister of Lands and the Yearwood family for agreeing to sell these lands.
The Concerned Citizens Movement-led Nevis Island Administration worked to uplift various sectors such as infrastructure and many more. He added that CCM has aimed to build out the infrastructure of Nevis.
Premier Mark Brantley added, “Our vision to build out the infrastructure of our beloved Nevis continues to manifest itself. Praise be to God.”
Earlier, Premier Brantley also attended the soft opening of the latest restaurant and bar at Pinney’s Beach, Zanzi. He added that Nevis is open for business, and as the government, they will always assist the growing entrepreneurs.
He added that due to the working of the government of Nevis Island Administration, the island has emerged as the perfect place for the investor. Premier Mark Brantley cited, “Investor confidence in Nevis continues to grow and new entrepreneurs continue to invest in the restaurant and allied tourism industry.”
He expressed pleasure today in attending the soft opening of the latest restaurant and bar at Pinney’s Beach, Zanzi. The great vibe there and happy that some dozen employees are now there.
