Nevis: Concerned Citizens Movement led Nevis Island Administration has organized a St Thomas Parish Pool tournament on the island. The tournament has been presented by the special advisor to Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley- Latoya B Jones.
The Pool tournament will be held on April 30, 2022 (Saturday) and May 1, 2022 (Sunday).
It will be held at 12 pm daily at Natural Uybz Bar in Barnes Ghaut Village (Nevis).
The tournament is only for the residents of St Thomas and also organized the award ceremony for the winners also.
As per the reports, the award ceremony will be held on the last day of the tournament.
Players who will gain the first prize after performing an incredible game will become able to secure the gold medal.
For the first prize winner, the prize money will be 1,200 dollars.
On the other hand, the second prize will be given to the second winner by awarding him/her with a silver medal.
The second prize will be 800 dollars.
In addition to that, the third well performer will get the third prize. The third winner will get the bronze medal, and the award money for the third well performer is 500 dollars.
Besides, the authorities of the St. Thomas Paris Poll Tournament will also be awarded the fourth winner with the bronze medal. The fourth winner will also be awarded the prize of money of 300 dollars.
Further, the registration is now open, and the residents of St Thomas are allowed to register with registration fees of 25 dollars. To get registered, people could contact Vaugn Sturge at 764-4024.
On the other hand, Jessups Management Team was also invited to Jessups Sea Food Festival on Monday, May 2nd, at 12 noon.
