Antigua and Barbuda: The National Youth Rally and Cheerleading Competition will bring opportunities for the school children of Antigua and Barbuda to showcase their talent and spirit. The event will take place on Friday, October 27, 2023, at Sir Vivan Richards Stadium.
The 42nd edition of the competition will be held under the theme- “Embracing the Legacy, Shaping the Future.” In the event, the talented students will showcase their skills on the national stage. It will also celebrate their hard work, dedication and team spirit.
The young athletes will enhance the sporting environment of Antigua and Barbuda as the students are working hard, perfecting their routines, stunts and cheers.
The roaring cheers, applause and positive energy will bring exhilarating and warm surrounding around Antigua and Barbuda. It will make them stand united behind their school children.
The Cheerleading competition will feature incredible performances, a chance to make memories and unforgettable experiences.
Through the event, people will rally together, friends, families and community members alike. It will feature the display of the extraordinary talent and dedication of the athletes in the competition.
Besides this, Antigua and Barbuda will also host the “ACB Caribbean National School’s Panorama Competition.” The 42nd edition of the competition will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Antigua Recreation Grounds at 5: 00 pm.
The entry fees for the competition are:
- For school children: $10.00
- For Adults: $15.00
Six primary schools will participate in the competition which are:
- Pigotts Primary Schools
- N. Kirnon Primary School
- Villa Primary
- Nelvie N. Gore Primary School (Willikies)
- Sunny Side Tutorial
Five Secondary Schools will participate in the competition which are:
- Princess Margaret School
- Antigua Grammar School
- Ottos Comprehensive School
- Anthony’s Secondary School
- Christ The King High School
The stage of the competition will feature unforgettable night of fierce competition and incredible talent.
The participants will feature the nail-biting battle as Pigotts Primary and Princess Margaret School defend their titles.
