The Montserrat National Trust’s EcoPlay St. Patrick’s Fundraising Flower Show and Tea Party is all set to take place on Wednesday, 15 March from 4 pm.

Montserrat: The Montserrat National Trust’s EcoPlay St. Patrick’s Fundraising Flower Show and Tea Party is all set to take place on Wednesday, 15 March from 4 pm. The event will be held under the theme- “Celebrating Nature’s Jewels”

REGISTRATION: Registration is free for the flower show and participants must be registered by Wednesday, March 3.

EXHIBITOR SECTIONS: Exhibitors may enter no more than 2 categories

– Section 1 – Cut Flowers

– Section 2 – Potted Plants (Flowering single plant, foliage plants, cacti and succulents)

– Section 3 – Floral Art or Floral Arrangement (Dried material, artistic creation)

– Section 4 – Fruits, vegetables and herbs (locally grown fruits, locally grown vegetables, locally grown herbs)

EXHIBITION SPACES: There will be 8 exhibition spaces for patrons interested in displaying or selling products, at a cost of $25 per table.

HAT PARADE: Free to participate

ADMISSION: $5 (flower show), $20 (tea party)

– Register to participate by March 3

– Potted plants must be received by 5 pm on Tuesday, March 14

– Floral designs and cut flowers by March 15

Judging takes place at 9 am on March 15
