In 2022, all the recipes of a policy that puts profits, over-the-top profits, misprofits, over-profit, were tested on the body of the homeland.
Over justice, over dignity.
Above, even, the right to survive.
You do not need anyone to point it out to you. You live it daily. At home, work, school, university, in the supermarket, in the unemployment queues and in the humiliation of various “passes”, which reserve charity for the many and the most provocative speculation for the few.
Against this barbaric advancement, one is the wish and hope that is spreading throughout society: This nightmare ends here. 2023 will be the year that makes that wish and hope into action.
In terms of political change and not transaction.
With clean hands. In terms of not revenge but justice. That kind of justice that no matter what political camp you belong to, whatever party you voted for, you can’t help but understand and not long for.
Justice is everyone of us.
The change is each one of us.
Our own division in the light will be won by our own attitude, our own solidarity and our own struggle. I wholeheartedly wish, to all of you, a happy new year.
2023 we all deserve to be a better year.
The year of great victory and political change.
Which will come an hour sooner, if we ourselves become the change we expect.
From the new year Popi Tsapanidou will be SYRIZA – PS Spokesperson I welcome her and thanks for accepting the proposal. Poppy, an excellent journalist, modern woman and mother, I am sure will contribute decisively to our common struggle.
I want to thank Nassos Iliopoulos, who has represented us with combativeness and adequacy to this day. He will be a candidate in Athens A and at the same time from the position of responsible for strategic communications, he will continue to contribute to our election battle.
