Mark Brantley visits Nevis schools to celebrate International Day of Boy Child   

During his visit, Premier Mark Brantley interacted with the students of the schools and hailed and encouraged them about the uncertainties of life.

Nevis: Premier of Nevis and Leader of Concerned Citizens Movement Mark Brantley observed the International Day of the Boy Child by visiting the schools across the island country on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. 

During his visit, Premier Mark Brantley interacted with the students of the schools and hailed and encouraged them about the uncertainties of life. 

In the schools, Mark Brantley honours students who have performed extraordinarily. 

He outlined his visit to two schools where Brantley participated in huge interaction with the students who have beautifully welcomed him into the school. Students showed their talents and gained appraisal from the Premier of Nevis.

Mark Brantley also presented awards to the schools and hailed them for their performance.  

Firstly, he visited Nevis International Secondary School and interacted with students to mark the occasion of the International Day of the Boy Child.  

Premier noted, “Today I was honoured to visit the Nevis International Secondary School and present an award of Excellence to Master Three Trotman to mark the occasion of the International Day of the Boy Child.”

He met three students and applauded them that these Young Three has had to overcome much more than most at his age, having lost both his parents and yet his Principal described him as someone who is always smiling, always kind and willing to help others, the embodiment of good character and excellence.

While extending greetings, the Leader of CCM exclaimed,” Heartiest congratulations to Master Three Trotman and to the Principal and staff at the NISS.”

Further, Mark Brantley also visited the Elizabeth Pemberton Primary school and presented an award of Excellence to Master Joshua Santos on the occasion of the International Day of the Boy Child. He also expressed pride while honouring the students and praised them significantly.

Applauding the students, Premier Mark Brantley expressed, “This young man greeted me with a bright “God bless you” and all his teachers and peers spoke highly of him.”

He further congratulated the Head Teacher and staff of EPPS, and the heartiest congratulations to Master Joshua Santos, who embodies the characteristics of excellence.
