India: Kashmir’s Gulmarg makes first glass igloo restaurant

India: A glass igloo restaurant in the middle of the snow-covered mountains in Gulmarg has gathered a huge centre of attraction for tourists in the hill station in Kashmir. Tourists across the globe have tasted the food and enjoyed their vacations in this glass-wall restaurant.

Kolahoi Green Heights which is a hotel in Gulmarg has been developed with a unique glass igloo and it is claimed that this is the first glass igloo restaurant in the valley it is worth noting that earlier they had built the valley’s first snow-covered restaurant.

According to Hotel Manager Hamid Masoudi, it has always taken unique measures to make Gulmarg attractive to tourists. He added that the hotel made the biggest Igloo in Asia, on the other hand, they become the biggest Igloo in the world. In the year 2022, they made a glass igloo, which is the first such igloo in Kashmir.

Masougi added that the concept was taken from Finland and the hotel built the three igloos in the courtyard which was not seen anywhere before. He mentioned that they further built three igloos at phase one of Gulmarg and visitors across the globe have appreciated by the visitors there.

He further asserted that the imported fabricated material has been used for this unique igloo and the unique glass-fronted restaurant keeps the interior heat insulated as well as offers the best views. He further mentioned that around eight people can sit in it at a time in each of these glass igloos and they are trying to give a different kind of experience to tourists. The local people have also lauded the unique glass-fronted restaurants and Sayakh, a tourist mentioned that they love to come to Kashmir valley and wanted to spend time in Gulmarg. After that, when they found this restaurant and he stated that he had a very different experience.
