Nevis: Nevis Tourism Authority announced the 12 semi-finalists for the Culturama 49 TDC Senior Kaiso Contest. The contest is part of the Nevis Culturama Festival 2023 which is carded from July 27 to August 8, 2023.

- King Dis and Dat stand at first spot with 241 points
- Nutsy stands at the second spot with 217 points
- Empress Lyric secured the third position in the contest with 216 points
- De Undertaker secured the fourth position with 215 points
- King Hollywood stands in the fifth position with 214 points
- Invincible secured 213 points and stands at sixth position
- Murray stood at seventh position with 194 points
- Bad Man Polo secured the eighth position with 194 points
- Lady Composer stands at ninth position. It secured 183 points in the contest
- Baker stands at 10th position in the contest with 180 points
- Sookie secured 11th position in the Kaiso Semi-finalists after getting 177 points
- Akedo stands at 12th position with 177 points.
The event will be held under the theme- “The journey to kaiso greatness continues.”
