The field conference championships and the outdoor track has been concluded the games this weekend, with the DI prelim selections coming up soon. There were great performers who performed incredibly well, which heated up the competition

Kentucky’s Karimah Davis, Dajour Miles, Abby Steiner and Alexis Holmes have created history in the women’s 4×400 in NCAA. They completed the race in 3:21.93 time on Saturday night.

Further, Julien Alfred has broken the record in the 100m prelims of the Big 12 championships. She broke Carlette Guidry’s programme record for the fastest 100m dash. The time for completing the race was 10.81. The record of Guidry was broken by Alfred after 31 years of its making.

The time was also great and enough to put her in the third position all time for the fastest NCAA 100m. It is just behind Sha’Carri Richardson (10.75).
