Dominica: Vacancy opens for Customer Service Clerk position

Roseau, Dominica: Dominica Electricity Services Ltd- DOMLEC invited the applications for the position of the Customer Service Clerk in the Commercial Department. The deadline for the submission of the application is October 6, 2023.

Qualification and Education

• The candidates should have Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• The candidates should have Professional or specialized training.
• He/She should also expose to Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software.

Required Experience

• The applicant must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field: Special Abilities/Aptitude/Skills

Candidate should possess the following qualities:

• The candidates who are applying for the position must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The excellent interpersonal skills should also be part of their qualities
• There should be excellent customer service skills and able to maintain good customer relations
• The candidates must have the ability to pay attention to detail
• The candidates must have excellent organizational skills
• The candidates must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM or similar database

Job Summary

To provide general assistance to consumers by:

• The selected candidate will have to generate and dispatch the CRM Cases
• They will also have to resolve customer complaints
• The filing of documents will also be part of job role of the selected candidate
