Roseau, Dominica: Ministry of Tourism, International Transport, and Maritime Initiatives of the Commonwealth of Dominica presented the country’s largest business-to-business Forum.
The Forum was hosted with an aim to support the vendors and strengthen the local business. The forum was held in Goodwill Paris Hall, where various talented small business owners presented their goods and services on display.
The Ministry of Tourism stated, “Day 1 of Dominica’s Largest Business to Business Forum was amazing! It’s Day 2! We invite you to come out and support the vendors! Here at the Goodwill Parish Hall, we have so many talented small business owners with their goods and services on display.”
It started on August 31, 2022, and ended on September 1, 2022, and the timing was 8 am to 4 pm.
The Ministry of Tourism outlined there were Burna Boy Drink from Tina’s Punch, Fresh Honey from Bee API, and Zooti Oil from Jaydees Naturals. It noted, “Come get the Burna Boy Drink from Tina’s Punch, Fresh Honey from Bee API, Zooti Oil from Jaydee s Naturals, and much more! Now till 6 pm, we await your visit.”
The Business to Business Forum will be included various factors such as Business, Marketing, Raw Materials, Market, Supply Chain, Transaction, Sales and Sub Components. The forum aimed at “Strengthening Backward and Forward Linkages.”
The Business to Business Forum will be open to various businesses and establishments for the people of the country. The government also stated that the forum would facilitate local people in business and vendors in their new establishments and new investments. The forum helps in the strengthening and upliftment of small business establishments.
As per the forum, the form will be opened to businesses in various sectors such as:
- Agro-Tourism
- Health and Wellness Manufacturing
- Agro-Processing/manufacturing
- Creative Industry
- APP and Software Development to Support the sectors above
- Other
