The announcement has come from the Ministry of Public Works and the Digital Economy of Dominica as they have issued a notice to inform the general public about the commencement of the consultation.

Roseau, Dominica: The government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has declared that the ministry has decided to oragnized a consultation programme in order to take feedback and suggestion on the Bath Estate/ST Aroment Junction Project on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. 

The announcement has come from the Ministry of Public Works and the Digital Economy of Dominica as they have issued a notice to inform the general public about the commencement of the consultation

In the notice, it has mentioned as the ministry of Public Works and Digital Economy invited residents of Silver Lake and Louisville to a consultation on the planned road works covering the segment from the Bath Estate/ST Aroment Junction to Just Beyond Silver Lake. 

The consultation will take place at Yahweh’s New Covenant Assembly, Louisvilles/ Silver Lake at 5 pm on Thursday, 14th April 2022. 

The notice of the government of Dominica further advised people to be present and on time and all are advised that COVID-19 protocols will be observed. 

Further, the government of Dominica also issued a notice on the Paix Bouche, Belle Maniere, Moore Park, and DFos D’Ane village council by-election results. 

The general public, particularly the residents of the above-mentioned village council are informed that on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, the under-mentioned candidate was elected to the village council.

The other candidate received votes as follows: 

Jillian George- 34 votes

77 or 6.33 percent of the electorate voted, of which 38 or 49.5 percent were male and 39 or 50.65 percent female. 

There were two rejected ballots.
