Roseau, Dominica: Dominica is all set to host “Kalinago Week 2023” to celebrate the 120 years of Kalinago Excellence. The festival is slated Saturday, September 16 to Saturday, September 23, 2023.
Kalinago people are known as the big part of Dominica’s history of the indigenous people of the island. The week will be the perfect celebration of the seven days of rich history and culture.
The events such as Miss Kalinago Show, closing ceremony, Kalinago Economic Summit and Annual Memorial Service will showcase the rich history and cultural of the indigenous people. Dominica Festivals announced the schedule of the Kalinago Week 2023.

On Saturday, September 16, 2023
On this day, two events will take place to showcase the rich heritage of the indigenous people. Miss Kalinago Show will showcase the skills of the talented participants.
