Roseau, Dominica: The Commonwealth of Dominica is all set to host Carnival Queen show as part of the Carnival 2023, which is Mas An LAwi 2023, on February 16, 2023. Dominica Festivals introduced the three contestants who will participate in the pageant.

The Carnival Queen show is back this Carnival 2023. Dominica Festival is featuring contestant #1, Meeya Francis. Coming from the suburban community of Canefield, Meeya is an Aquarius with love for hiking, sports, experiencing new foods, and story writing.

Meet contestant #3 – Adicia Burton, from the historic community of Crayfish River, Kalinago Territory. Adicia is a Sagittarius with love for singing and dancing, reading, playing cricket and volleyball, as well as volunteerism.
With the goal of becoming a medical doctor, Adicia represents the platform “reparations for the Caribbean with a focus on the Indigenous People of Dominica”.
