Roseau, Dominica: Dominica is all set to stage “CARNIVAL GOPWELL” under the theme- “We Want More” on May 6, 2023, at the Stadium Forecourt. The event will be presented by Josephine Gabriel and Company Limited in collaboration with Danejah Entertainment.
Dominica Festivals took to Facebook and invited the public to attend the event so that Carnival vibes can be spread across the country. It added, “You can’t afford to miss this one.”
The event will feature performances of several artists and Reggae stars who will perform and showcase the vibrant culture of Dominica. Audiences from across the globe will attend the event and experience the efficient customs, values, traditions, culture, and cuisine of the country. They can enjoy the rich musical heritage of the Nature Isle.
The Grammy award-winning Reggae Superstar Koffee with her band, Jemere Morgan who is the son of Gramps Morgan will also grace the shores of Carnival Gopwell. The performance of the band will excite the audience and make them attend the event enthusiastically.
Along with that, the performer named Colton T will also mark a special performance in the event and Jourdin Pauline is in the musical line-up of the event. Triple Kay International- Siganl Ban will be the top performer of the event and the audience will brim with the band’s beat.
Besides, the stage will be graced by other performers such as Dheno, Black Diamond. The local performers Major Mystic, Denejandane, Spawner, Unstoppable DJs, Miguel Labadie will be present to vibrantly display the rich and authentic musical heritage of Dominica.
