Roseau, Dominica: Sports Division of Dominica shared glimpses of the opening of the Nature Isle Dream 11 T10 Cricket Tournament on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

On Thursday, the Sports Coordinator, Trevor Shillingford, joined members of the Dominica Cricket Association at the opening of the Nature Isle Dream11 T10 Tournament in a meet and greet of players and team officials.

The Sports Coordinator also addressed the gathering on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, Youth Sports and Community Development and declared the tournament open. The Nature Isle Dream 11 T10 Tournament continues daily at the Windsor Park Stadium until January 7. Make this part of your holiday package.

The Dream 11 Nature Isle T10 Cricket Tournament returns and kicks off at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium, December 22 – January 7, 2022. The signal is partnering with the Dominica Cricket Association – DCA yet again to urge everybody to COME DOWN to the Stadium.

The government of Dominica has always worked to uplift and modernize the sports sector of the country, and the newly constructed Indoor cricket training facility is now in use.

Earlier, under 15 cricketers preparing for the Windward Islands under 15 cricket tournament had their first session at the newly built facility. The boys were able to have a full net session despite the rain and waterlogged field outside. By all accounts, the boys enjoyed being in the new facility. The Sports Division organized training sessions are expected to continue on Friday.

Additionally, the national anthem can be heard, signalling the start of the Nature Isle T10 Cricket Tournament on the main field.
