Dominica: PM Roosevelt Skerrit pays officials visit to Fidel Castro Centre in Cuba

After Fidel Castro’s death in 2016, the Cuban Parliament prohibited, by law, the use of his name and figure in public squares and monuments. The Center was created under a provision, on an exceptional basis, to dedicate a place for the study of his life’s work and thought, which would bear his name.
