Roseau, Dominica: The Sports Division of Dominica hosted the Secondary Schools U20 Cricket Championships at a different playing field. It announced the results of the matches on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
School Boys Cricket From Londonderry
The Londonderry playing field hosted its first cricket match after years of absence. The Sports Division Secondary Schools U20 Cricket Championship match between the North East Comprehensive School and Portsmouth Secondary School was one of three matches played today.

The Londonderry playing field will host its first school’s cricket match in close to 20 years. Home team North East Comprehensive School will take on the Portsmouth Secondary School in one of three matches in the Sports Division Secondary Schools U20 Cricket Championship.
In the other matches:
At Benjamin’s Park the home team, Academix will take on the Castle Bruce Secondary School. At the Botanic Gardens, defending champion, Dominica State College will play the St.Marys Academy.
All matches start at 10 am.

The Sports Division Secondary Schools U20 Cricket Championship continued today with one of three matches played at the scenic Botanic Gardens in Roseau.
Defending champions Dominica State College won by an innings over the St.Marys Academy. SMA won the toss and batted and made 43 all out. Jahleel Daniel 14; bowling for DSC, Kyron Phillip 5 for 12, C”jay Charles 2 for1 and Jahson Vidal 2 for 2.
DSC in reply made 209 for 3 declared. Kyron Phillip 81, Kyne George 68 and Jahson Vidal 20 not out. SMA in their 2nd innings made 36 all out.
Bowling for DSC, Jahson Vidal 4 for 6, C’Jay Charles 3 for 3 and Tyrese Leblanc 2 for 8. DSC won by an innings and 130 runs
School Boys Cricket From The Benjamin’s Park
Matches continued today in the Sports Division Secondary Schools U20 Cricket Championship with a match up between the Academix School of Learning and the Castle Bruce Secondary. Academix took first innings points in the drawn match.
Academix batted first and made 142 all out .
