Roseau, Dominica: Fine Foods Jimmit has been sponsoring the Sari Sari Sunrisers for the ongoing Dream 11 Nature Isle T-10 Cricket tournament in Dominica. The local food producer of the Commonwealth of Dominica expressed pleasure in being part of the local sporting activities. 

Through their official statement, Fine Foods Jimmit noted, “We love supporting local sporting activities, so we’re thrilled to sponsor the Sari Sari Sunrisers for the Dream-11 T-10 Cricket competition.” 

It asserted that they are happy to be part of the development of sports in the country and always remain committed towards its upliftment. While specifying the reason, Fine Foods Jimmit mentioned that this is the reason for sponsoring the Sari Sari Sunriser through the premium bottled water, Blue Water.

Dominica observed the Dream 11 Nature Isle T-10 Cricket tournament on Friday, December 23, 2022, and will be held till the first week of January 2023. The finals will be held after January 5, 2022.

The government of Dominica has been committed to working for the upliftment of the sports sector. The government has been hosting different sporting events such as Cricket Tournament, Volleyball Tournaments and Netball Tournament. 

Earlier on December 29, 2022. the Sports Division of Dominica held the training session for the members of the National Under 16 Netball training squad on Thursday during the Christmas vacation on Thursday, December 29, 2022. Training will resume in January following the reopening of school.

Thursday, the students journeyed to Lindo Park in Goodwill for their final session. Sports Division of Dominica wished the students the best as they prepared to return to classes for the school’s new term.
