We travel on a National Level and always expect the Athletes to do well but are we being true to them? We most times blamed everyone else, we expect the administrator to be at their highest level but where does it all starts?
WE MUST BUILD THE FOUNDATION.
*There’s no way schools should be late for games.
Being early for a game is not 15 minutes before. In an International Game, warm-ups start an hour before.
*Some coaches, especially licensed coaches should lead by example and make sure the Athletes get the best out of the game.
WARM-UP IS VERY IMPORTANT.
DON’T JUST DO THINGS RIGHT WHEN CALL TO DO SERVICE ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL ETC.
BUILD THE FOUNDATION.
* Coordination, Dynamics Ball work ( passing drills ), End with speed and agility to wake up fast twitch muscle fibers and Possession. This is key to any game and there shouldn’t be any selective time to do it. I want to commend the Coaching Staff of the CastleBruce Secondary School.
We must not ignore the foundation.
If not, we will continue to point fingers.
EVERY PROFESSIONAL SCOUT AND COACH,
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE ATHLETES FROM HIGH SCHOOL.
It’s a busy month for the Middleham United FC. They are taking advantage of the Football Transfer Window. The Cockran-based team has signed 17-year-old former Derby Boys Player, Joshua Joseph.
Earlier this month Middleham signed National Player Marcelus Bonney and former Harlem United and Tarish FC player, Mosiah Michel.
Joseph was welcomed by Club Officials: Julien Alexander, Phillip Alleyne, and Ronnie Gustave. He also had the support of his mom Leian Clarke who is also the medic of the team.
The government of Dominica has always worked for the upliftment of the sports sector. The Sports Division of Dominica has been hosting the Secondary School Football competition with the aim of strengthening sporting spirit among the young generation of the country.
