Castle Bruce Secondary School secured victory in Double Header at Massacre Indoor facility whilst mixed results for convent high at CHS grounds in Dominica.

Roseau, Dominica: Castle Bruce Secondary School secured victory in Double Header at Massacre Indoor facility whilst mixed results for convent high at CHS grounds in Dominica.

Sports Division of Dominica shared the update on its Facebook page and stated,”CASTLE BRUCE SECONDARY SCHOOL WINS DOUBLE HEADER AT MASSACRE INDOOR FACILITY WHILST MIXED RESULTS FOR CONVENT HIGH AT CHS GROUNDS.”

Two matches were played at the CHS grounds today;

  • Game 1: Portsmouth Secondary School vs Convent High School (B)
  • Scores : 16 – 11
  • Scoring for PSS were Jewel Benjamin- 7/15
  • Le-Mayah Forde- 6/11
  • Talitha Stewart – 3/8
  • Scoring for CHS(B) was Monique Edwards- 11/22
  • Game 2: CHS(A) vs WHS
  • 42 – 3
  • Scoring for CHS(A) were Kenya John- 37/51
  • Beata Vidal- 5/10
  • Scoring for WHS was Syihesha Jermain- 2/5.

Meanwhile, two matches were played in the 2023 Secondary Schools Netball Championship at the Massacre Indoor Facility on Monday, 6th February.

In the Under 16 match up, Castle Bruce Secondary School defeated the Isaiah Thomas Secondary School 13-9.
