Dominica all set to welcome World Creole Music Festival, Fringe events calendar announces

Roseau, Dominica: The commonwealth of Dominica is all set to welcome World Creole Music Festival 2022 to its shores. The festival will be held from October 28, 2022, to October 30, 2022. Now, the government has announced the Fringe- calendar of events. 

Through the music festival, the indigenous culture and vibrant music will be celebrated. October is independence season for Dominica, so they invited people all across the globe to celebrate with them through cooking events, amazing fetes, and so much more.

The Fringe events will be started on September 30, 2022, and conclude on September 27, 2022. 

On September 30, 2022: 

• The events on the first day will be started at 5: 30 pm with the name Festival Drive, Cadence and Kompa and La Promenade.
• On the same day, the other events will be started at 10: 00 pm. The name of the event is Fete Bawi, and it will be held at 767 Hideaway.

On September 1, 2022: 

• The name of the events which will be starting at 5: 00 pm are Hysteria, Nirwana and Cooler Fete.
• The Fete Bawi will be started at 10:00 pm. The event will be taken place at 767 Hideaway.

On September 2, 2022: 

• The name of the events which will be starting at 8: 00 pm are Class n Culture, Creole Bunch and Petite Miami.
• A further event will be started at 12:00 pm. The names are Reggae Brunch Line and High-grade Boch.
• Fete Bowi will again be held at 10: 00 pm at 767 Hideaway.

On September 4, 2022: 

• The event will be Jazz in the City and Ko Toi and held at 7: 00 pm.

On September 7, 2022: 

• Festival Dwive, Reggae and Dancehall and La Pramenade will be the events that will be held at 5: 30 pm.

On September 11, 2022: 

• Jazz in the City and Ka Toi will be started on 7: 00 pm.

On September 14, 2022: 

• Festival Dwive, Afro Zouk Caribbean and La Parmenade and will be started at 5: 30 pm.

On September 18, 2022: 

• Jazz in the city and Ka Tai- 7 : 00 pm

On September 21, 2022: 

• Festival Dwive, Bauyon meets Soca and La Pramenade- 5: 30 pm

On September 22, 2022: 

• Afrofuze, Strictly, Afro Beats and Klassified- 9: 00 pm
• INDE-WILD and De Land Entertainment- 12: 00 pm
• WATO, Roots and Culture and Rosalie Boy- 12: 00 pm.

On September 23, 2022: 

• Infrinitennet 767, Rize and Whine and Botanic Gardens- 3: 00 pm.

On September 24, 2022: 

• Ti Village Creole will be held at Botanic Gardens- 12: 00 pm.

On September 25, 2022: 

• Ti Village Creole will be held at Botanic Gardens- 12: 00 pm.
• Jazz in the City and Ka Tai- 12: 00 pm.

On September 26, 2022: 

• Ti Village Creole will be held at Botanic Gardens- 12: 00 pm
• White Sunset and Kai Mama Mwen- 3: 00 pm

On September 27, 2022: 

• IncognitoX and Sun Down- 5: 00 pm.
• Independence Gopwell and Passions- 9:00 pm.
• ROTB meets SOCA and Newton Savannah- 9: 00 pm.
