Those 51 apartments will cover 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK dimensions. The biggest problem in Roseau Central is to find houses with affordable rents for business purposes.

Moreover, Melissa Skerrit stated that Parking is one of the citizens’ significant concerns that will be resolved through this project.

She insisted that, under the Housing project, shops, grocery stores, and other fundamental necessary facilities will be provided; hence it will be the resident’s own beautiful village.

She also discussed some future projects in the year. Dominica will witness several activities regarding construction.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit addresses the nation recently; he discussed the current situation of Dominica.

This Housing Project is a ray of hope for many people of Dominica. All those more than 500 applications are not just pieces of paper for them, but they are the opportunity to buy their dream house, the house that holds the capacity to build their lives.

Dominican government’s dedication towards their country’s people is remarkable; the country is also fighting against COVID-19 in the meantime.
