Cyclone six warning to Caribbean islands

Many Caribbean islands have been warned after the National Hurricane Centre noticed a Tropical development in the Atlantic that is supposed to develop into a Tropical storm. It has been named "Potential Tropical Cyclone Six" as it has been the 6th tropical storm of Atlantic Hurricane Season 2021.

The Warnings were issued for the areas of – Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques, US Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic on the – south coast from Punta Palenque eastward & on the north coast from Cabo Frances Viejo eastward, as per to the time of 5 am advisory from – the National Hurricane Center.

Furthermore, surveillance is in effect for Martinique and Guadeloupe, Dominica, Saba and St. Eustatius, the Dominican Republic on the – north coast from Cabo Frances Viejo to the Dominican Republic/Haiti border & Haiti from the northern border with the – Dominican Republic to Gonaives, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and for the southeastern Bahamas, including the – Acklins, Crooked Island, Long Cay, the Inaguas, Mayaguana, & the Ragged Islands.

It is said to be the 6th Tropical storm of this year before this Hurrican Elsa was formed, marked as this year’s fifth.

Forecasters believe that the disturbance, potential tropical cyclone six, now is in the northeastern Caribbean sea, could become Tropical Storm Fred early Tuesday.

According to officials, The storm had maximum speed winds of 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts and was 65 miles (110 kilometres) southwest of Guadeloupe. A tropical storm has the most sustained winds of at least 39 mph (63 kmh). It was said to moving towards the west-northwest at 17 mph (28 kmh).

2A advisory was issued about tropical cyclone six appearances. It may cause heavy disturbance while passing from nearby areas of Dominica. The fast winds and heavy rains spread across the leeward islands.

The areas of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico might be experiencing heavy rainfall and storm. If the tropical development would be getting intensified, then a warning would get published for Tropical storms.
