St Kitts and Nevis: The Restaurants of St Kitts and Nevis announced the three-course menu featuring the special ingredient, PINEAPPLE for the much-anticipated 2023 Restaurant Week.

The festival will be started from July 13 to July 23, 2023 for delicious, flavourful food, in the midst of their Kitchen Restaurant for an unforgettable, innovative culinary experience.

The visitors can enjoy their delicious food experience in Belle Mont Farm Kittitian Hill, Arthur’s, and Carambola Beach Club.

Belle Mont Farm Kittitian Hill:

It has expressed pleasure to be a part of this years 2023 St.Kitts-Nevis Restaurant Week featuring the special ingredient, PINEAPPLE. The entry in the restaurant is US$60.

Menu will be included:

Appetizer:

  • Pineapple Ceviche
  • Thinly Slice Pineapples, Coconut and Citrus Marinate, Farm Chips

Or

  • Mini Roasted Pineapple and Sausage Pizza
  • Roast Pineapples, Italian Sausage, Mix Organic Salad

Main Course:

  • Pineapple and Ginger Marinated Pork Loin
  • Mash Rosemary and Pineapple Sweet Potato, Pineapple Gastrique
