Caribbean Airlines to sponsor Guyana Cricket Carnival 2023
Caribbean: Caribbean Airlines is all set to serve as the sponsor for the much-anticipated Cricket Carnival 2023. The event will be held in Guyana from September 8 to 25, 2023.
Caribbean Airlines joined forces with Guyana Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce for Cricket Carnival 2023. The partnership between the two authorities will enhance the travel and fun experience of the tourists.
Cricket Carnival will serve as the vibrant two-week extravaganza and celebration of the cultural richness of Guyana. It will also perfectly showcase the best tourism offerings of the country. The carnival will mark the beauty of the richness of the values and customs of the country.
Besides this, the event will be the perfect blend of the cricket and carnival like never before. It promises to be the unforgettable experience for the tourists. It will perfectly align with hosting of the Caribbean Premier League 2023.
A regional carrier of Caribbean region, the airline is the main sponsor and designated carrier for the CPL games 2023. Garvin Medera, CEO of Caribbean Airlines expressed pleasure and said that the sponsorship will be held under their “Welcome Home campaign.”
He said that they are delighted to be part of the biggest festival of the Caribbean. He also reiterated his commitment to strengthening their relationship with their valued stakeholders.
Guyana’s Tourism Ministry also mentioned that they applauded Caribbean Airlines for its support of Cricket Carnival. She said that the partnership will make the further strengthening of the travel relations between them.
