Caribbean: Caribbean Airlines teamed up with SEWA International for a Hike and Plant initiative on September 16, 2023 in Glamorgan, Tobago. The aim of the event was to enhance the sustainable practices of the airline.
Caribbean Airlines marked yet another stride in its commitment to fostering sustainability within the region. The entire team has shared glimpses on the social media planting trees and embracing natural beauty of the region.
The team has also hosted hiking for the Seva team to explore adventurous activities of the Caribbean region.
Caribbean Airlines is on the drive to promote the sustainable development goals with several campaigns such as clean up mission, and back to school stationery drive.
The airline led the charge at the Reggae Sumfest’s annual Beach Clean-up mission. It was held at Catherine Hall, Montego Bay on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
Besides this, the airlines have made the dreams of four students from the Cascade School for the Deaf in Trinidad. It also relaunched its “Back to School” Stationery drive this year. It has partnered with a number of community-based organizations to distribute much needed supplies to youths and children in need.
The drives of airline are the initiatives has undertaken to positively impact their future leaders of tomorrow. Several Contributions aimed to fulfill sustainable development goals, and eco-tourism practices.
Earlier, Caribbean Airlines launched a successful “Clothing Drive” to support to the girls. It also extended greetings for their kind and generous donation. They also donated three large boxes of clothing items to the home, offering crucial support to the girls.
He also supported this initiative and contributed to its success. The clothing items were donated by Caribbean Airlines’ staff members.
