Caribbean Airlines featured in IATA

The Caribbean Airlines got named in the article of IATA ( International Air Transport Association as informed by Caribbean Airlines on October 24,2023.

Caribbean: The Caribbean Airlines got named in the article of IATA ( International Air Transport Association as informed by Caribbean Airlines on October 24,2023.

The airline is indicating and revealing the commitment for the employee development via powered partnership with International Air Transport Association.

In the last year (2022), 54 IATA courses were pursued by more than 200 employees. 

This year (2023), the count has been raised as over 250 employees are all ready to be the part this growth and development. 

The members of the Caribbean Airlines also shared their opinions on this. Garvin Medera, Chief Executive Officer said that Caribbean Airlines partnership with IATA is of much value. 

The training provided to the employees promotes the goodwill of the organization as it raises the confidence with the stakeholders. This directly takes it towards the position in the world.

“ People are our most important resource, and investing in our employees’ development through training is a top priority.” quoted Garvin Medera.

Rekha Williams, Senior Manager, Talent Management and Employee Experience (Caribbean Airlines) shared that the courses by IATA helps Caribbean airlines to make the staff skillful by providing them with the training courses.

“ Creating a learning organization is a top priority for us,” said Rekha Williams.

Aisha Castle – Cropper, Program Administrator, Employee Development (Caribbean Airlines) said that the training team of IATA is associated with multiple skills that helps in achieving the goals.

“An ideal training provider is one that will collaborate with us to ensure our company’s unique training needs are met,” quoted Aisha Castle – Cropper.

Apart from the opinions of the members of Caribbean Airlines, the head of product management of IATA also shared his viewpoint on this.

Ivica Kovacic, the head of product management said the IATA knows how to offer a training course to offer better skills. The training courses are well designed and they offer the best to meet the needs.
