Antigua and Barbuda: The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA), in collaboration with TripAdvisor’s Senior Client Manager Carol Johnson, will host its 2nd Tripadvisor Workshop on Thursday, 25th, May 2023 for all its Tourism Partners.
The TripAdvisor Workshop aims to provide stakeholders within the Tourism Industry with tools to help manage their company’s online reputation. The seminar will be held at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute beginning at 9:00 a.m. under the theme ‘Reviews, Reputation, and ROI: Getting the Most out of TripAdvisor and Your Online Presence,’ the seminar programme will include topics such as:
- TripAdvisor Overview
- Content Integrity
- Impact of Reviews
- Managing Online Reputation
- Powering Your TripAdvisor Presence
Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Traning Institute Hospitality Drive, Dutchman’s Bay, Coolidge facilitators: Carol Johnson who is Senior Client Partner, Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean. The event will be hosted by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority.
