Antigua and Barbuda: Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority is all set to host “Soothe- resurgence” for the word poets, musicians and artists on March 11, 2023, at Sugar Ride at 7 pm. It will be the platform for the artistes to showcase their talents and skills. The event will feature Jive Poetic, Arlen Seaton, DJ Nej, Kadeem Joseph and many more.
Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority took to Facebook and shared an update on the event and stated,” Take in performances by spoken word poets, musicians and artists this weekend at Soothe.”

The event will showcase the music heritage of Antigua and Barbuda and live music, and spoken word will fill the air and will burst out at national landmarks, and inspired spectators will pick up paint brushes for interactive painting sessions with featured artists during the week.
Antigua and Barbuda is all set to celebrate its art week slated from April 16 to April 22, 2023. The tourism authority has encouraged the students to participate in the Antigua and Barbuda Art Week School’s Art competition. The event will be held under the theme- “Culture in Colour”
Events such as Soothe and Art week are being hosted to promote the tourism sector of the country by showcasing the culture, traditions, values, customs and music of the country. Authorities have remarked that the country has such a rich culture which should be displayed in the public domain across the globe and these events are helpful for fulfilling these agendas.
