Antigua and Barbuda: PM Gaston Browne meets members of Black Boyz Foundation Inc

Antigua and Barbuda: Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Gaston Browne held lengthy discussions with the directors and members of the Black Boyz Foundation Inc. a non-profitable organization with the sole purpose of uplifting those who are in need on Friday, August 19, 2022. 

During the courtesy visit, PM Gaston Browne indicated that he was aware of their volunteerism through social media and commended them for their social impact. 

The four young men and PM Browne spoke at length about several issues, plans, and programs ranging from rehabilitation, youth involvement, youth leadership, and partnership with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

Prime Minister Gaston Browne also donated to their foundation and made a donation of school supplies towards their back-to-school drive.

The four young men, who are all under the age of 25, banded together earlier this month when they provided free haircuts and breakfast to less fortunate males living on the streets of St. John’s.

Black Boyz Foundation Inc. Met stated that he made a generous contribution to the Black Boyz Foundation Inc. One step at a time as we Join hands with the Office of The Prime Minister Antigua and Barbuda to bring about changes in our Country.

“We would like to say thank you to Gaston Browne, the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, for supporting us as young men as we come together to bring about change in our Country.” 

What is Black Boyz Foundation Inc.? 

The aim of the Black Boyz Foundation Inc is to develop the lives of the people of Antigua and Barbuda who are in need. 

The basic work of the Black Boyz Foundation stated- 

• It identifies needs within communities in Antigua and Barbuda and helps to implement various programmes and campaigns to address those needs.
• It helps to coordinate with community leaders and members of the communities in Antigua and Barbuda to enhance the community they live in and build strong community ties.
• It enables individuals to identify their communities’ needs and assist them in developing and implementing programmes to address those needs in the Caribbean Region.
