Gaston Browne is the latest leader of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) who has shown the positive result of the COVID-19 pandemic that has taken thosbas lies since its emergence in Antigua and Barbuda.

Antigua and Barbuda: Prime Minister Gaston Browne confirmed the reports that he has contracted the viral infection of the COVID-19. But he stated that he is fine and his reports have shown mild symptoms of the virus.

He also informed that he feels normal but only has slight nasal congestion.

Gaston Browne is the latest leader of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) who has shown the positive result of the COVID-19 pandemic that has taken thosbas lies since its emergence in Antigua and Barbuda.

He has tested positive during his weekly show on Friday. He said that he has further undergone a COVID-19 test on Saturday and again tested positive for it. Gaston Browne also stated that the contact tracing is underway, and his family members turned out negative against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Browne is fully vaccinated against the COVId-19 pandemic and took his booster shots two years ago. Further, there are also other leaders of the Caribbean countries who have contracted from the pandemic.

Various other leaders such as the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Keith Rowley, Prime Minister of Belize John Briceno, and the Prime Minister of St Lucia Philip J Pierre.

While informing about his COVID-19 positive reports, Browne through his radio show said, “notwithstanding the fact that I tested positive for COVID…I’m doing well.”. “I’m taking decongestants, but other than that, I’m doing well”.
