Antigua and Barbuda: Melis Bilen is a Turkish singer, songwriter, and composer famous for her vocal range. Through her Facebook post, she announced that she is coming up with a new song which will be out on Monday, May 2nd, 2022.
Melis Bilen announced this when she was on tour to Antigua and Barbuda and showed pleasure while exploring the breathtaking views of the Caribbean island.
The name of the song is This is My Year, and its music video will be aired on YouTube.
While announcing her song, Melis Bilen stated, “Tomorrow, my new single “, This Is My Year”, will be out on all digital platforms. And the music video will be on Youtube.”
Bilen stated that she is excited about this project cause this one is very special for her.
“I have dreamt about this song and the music video in pandemic lockdown. And after the pandemic, I made it real. Everyone needed a positive song after this rocky road, including me, “underlined Bilen.
Outlining the singing, she said:
People couldn’t travel to visit their loved ones; we couldn’t even go out and socialize, cuddle, or even flirt with someone or date. These are all basic human needs. This song is for motivation for all the things we had to delay for a while, either for the lockdown or other reasons. It is time now! No more procrastination. Life is not forever. We should do whatever we planned to do for a while but couldn’t somehow. We deserve to live the life we desire.
