George Club reopens with a stunning transformation, captivating additions

The highly acclaimed Private Members club, George at the Mount St London, is set to reopen its doors today (Friday, June 02, 2023). The club opens following an extensive renovation. Owned by Richard Caring, the club temporarily closed in November 2021 for a complete overhaul.

George has reinvented itself to offer a fusion of timeless tradition and contemporary sophistication.  It is one of the most renowned members-only clubs in London, and its members are thrilled to be back after over 18 months.

Co-Executive Chairwoman and wife of Richard Caring- Patricia Caring, said they elevated the original interiors of the club to new heights, ensuring a refreshed ambience that radiates elegance.

As per initial reports, the new George Club boasts a stunning transformation, with notable upgrades to its traditional aesthetic. The interior has been completely revitalized, seamlessly merging classic elements with a touch of modern style. The bright and colourful accents, along with captivating artwork, grace the club’s renewed spaces.

Invitations have been sent out to George Club’s esteemed members, inviting them to witness the exquisite reopening.

“The Hound Bar, and a magnificent dining area and bar greeting Members and guests as they arrive,” the George Club’s Instagram post emphasized.

The Hound Bar is located in the basement. It will serve tantalizing tapas dishes alongside Mediterranean-inspired cocktails, adding to the allure of the revitalized space.
