No new COVID-19 case in Barbados

Barbados: According to the report of the Ministry of Health and Wellness, no new cases of the coronavirus has been recorded in the Barbados nation.

The report further states that of the total 327 test results, every result was negative. A total of thirty-seven individuals are in the isolation.

The Island also has not recorded a single death in the past ten days that is, the death rate of the Island remains forty-seven.

According to the Barbados COVID-19 situation report, since the coronavirus pandemic started, a total of 170,473 individuals have been tested for the deadly mutant.

A total of 4,017 COVID-19 cases have been reported on the Island since the pandemic arrived, out of which 2,075 cases were of men and 1,942 were women.

A total of 3,922 individuals have been recovered from the deadly virus in Barbados n ation.

Around 1.28 lakh doses of the COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the nation. Till 30 May 2021, a total of 78,245 people have received their first dose of their COVID-19 vaccine.

So far, a total of 60,553 individuals have received their second jab of the COVID-19 vaccine and are fully vaccinated now.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness has also mentioned helpline numbers in the report for the residents regarding any help, or if they need any information, the residents can contact at – 536-4500 and on the COVID monitoring unit number at – 536-3865.

According to the statistics, the world reported a total of 171,021,028 cases of the COVID-19 virus

. A total of 3,556,630 deaths have been reported worldwide due to the deadly coronavirus pandemic.

A total of 153,292,194 people have got recovered from the COVID-19 mutant.

The coronavirus disease COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly brought unexpected macroeconomic challenges to the Barbadian economy.
