Public reaction :
Keon, a resident of Tobago, talking to Associates Times, said, ” salute the Prime Minister for the continuous high importance of fostering Region Integration hence CARICOM CSME. Hopefully, in the not too far future, other Caribbean Countries can join such a body. Though some countries in Caribbean Region got different languages, we are one people equal to one family. ”
Dereck added, ” I do hope that the meeting will be positive and open the airport. Please, we need to get back home to Trinidad.”
Lorry questioned, ” What’s, was the reason to not meet with the 12 before the bill was passed in the house? You just do this because you notice that Tobago ppl was not taking it as light as you thought they would have?
